Over six hundred years before Jesus was born the very educated and affluent prophet Isaiah prophesied that there would be a Savior of the world who would be born. Isaiah described the characteristics of this Savior in Isaiah 9:6 saying, “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders.
